THE ADAPTIVE RE-USE
 of
THE EMERSON CAREY BUILDING
127 East Avenue B, Hutchinson, Kansas 67501

(Site Updated  02/06/2012)

Our design vision adaptively re-uses the 3,200 sq. ft. Main Floor as a Residential Loft with a two car garage on the Garden Level. The remaining portion of the GL will be leased business space (approximately 2,020 sq. feet).

We believe passionately about revitalizing and living in downtown core areas of a city and want to be able to walk downtown and bike all over the city. As the City of Hutchinson revitalizes the Downtown area, we are excited about being an integral part of that redevelopment and bringing people downtown.

We hope others will embrace the 'Loft Living Lifestyle' that many of the downtown buildings in Hutch afford. What we are doing is being the 'new pioneers' of prairie living.
